Hi all,
I have some good news regarding the latest proof copies I received of the Singularity Deck Third Edition: The fronts of the cards look great (including the Hourglass Suit).
And some bad news: for some reason the proofs I received had a major problem with the backs of the cards which is holding things up from release.
A bit more on the bad news first, then I'll show off some of the pics from the hourglass suit. As you can see in the photo below, there appears to be two color variations of the card backs. This makes the proof copy I received unplayable as its easy to tell certain cards apart from each other just from the back.

Unfortunately, the printing issue was throughout all of the cards I received and not just the hourglass suit. I've been in contact with Drive Thru Cards over the last couple of weeks to get it figured out. So far things have been narrowed down to a printing issue on their end and not a problem with the files I submitted (which was a bit of a relief for me). Drive Thru Cards is in the process of reprinting everything and will watch it as it comes out of the printer to try to nail down the problem. My hope was to delay this post until everything was resolved and I could give some solid answers and a better timeline. Unfortunately though, its still being looked at and It's pretty likely the deck won't release until next month.
On to the good news: The front faces of the hourglass suit look great. Here are a few quick photos:

Another bit of good news, the symmetric version of the deck is just about finished. More info tomorrow!
