A little while back Ess suggested making a storage tray for Roxley's Iron Clays (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgameaccessory/233281/iron-clays) that would fit into the Singularity Boxes. I don't actually have any Iron Clays, but I am eagerly awaiting their next Kickstarter. Regardless, I thought it was a cool idea and used it as an opportunity to create a few different types of inserts that fit into the boxes.
You can download all of the STL files from the drive (https://www.patreon.com/posts/huge-thanks-link-28259219) -> Singularity Boxes -> Box Inserts
The main idea is that these inserts fit into the boxes, allowing you to subdivide them and separate out components. They are designed to stack on top of each other and easily slide in and out of the boxes.
To start with, here is the Iron Clay Holder:

It can hold 60 Iron Clays per Insert. The Small Singularity Box can hold two inserts stacked on top of each other. Iron Clays are about 39mm in diameter and 3mm wide, so any similar sized poker chip should also fit great.

Next up is the Small Box Insert:

Here is the Half-sized insert:

They all easily stack on top of each other:

The inserts in a small box:

While I think the inserts themselves are not really robust enough to be transported on their own, I did design a lid for them:

This is particularly helpful if using the inserts in only half of a box to help ensure no components accidentally slip out.
