Hi Devin. I'm super excited you're using the multideck maker stuff. You are totally correct, there was a typo, it should have been "12 Diamonds.png." Also, I added the missing "accent" images to the drive. Thanks for catching all of this. This whole project is evolving in real time so If you have any ideas along the way for how I can improve things or for new features you'd want, I'd love to hear them.
2021-01-30 04:29:06 +0000 UTCThanks for making this! I've got a few ideas how I'd like to customize my deck, though I noticed a couple of issues while going through this. 1) FaceImage1 references "Diamonds 12.png", which doesn't exist. Pretty sure that should be "12 Diamonds.png". Pretty easy fix. 2) When opening the "Standard Layout - Singularity Deck Earth", it can't find "Tower Spades Accent.png" and "Tower Triangles Accent.png". I double checked the Patreon drive, and those seem to be missing.
2021-01-30 02:28:56 +0000 UTCHi PUGDOG Enterprises - It's great to have you as a patron! The accessibility of print-on-demand services, 3D printing, and newer digital tools has really spoiled makers (myself included) in recent years. For what it's worth you can use your own images and photos as part of the card layouts if desired. Also, I'm always happy to get suggestions, so if you have any ideas about how you'd like to see the multideck maker project progress, I'd love to hear them (post 'em here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/design-28259480).
2021-01-15 05:09:21 +0000 UTCI have thought about printing card decks for the past 20 years. I'm a photographer, and had ideas for trading cards, playing cards, tarot cards, etc. I created a lot of samples but never got anything printed. If I had the tools then, that I have now.... oh well I'm getting old, very old, and it's a young mans quest. I'll keep an eye on this. BTW the whole modular gaming thing is something I've thought about, and I'm glad there are people out there *NOT* trying to reinvent the wheel over and over and over over. Modular, shared files are the way to go, with people contributing "remixes" I wish I was 20 years younger. (I really do).
