I burned myself out couple years back because I just couldn't say no to work related things and I felt I have to worry about everyone's problems all the time. Of course everyone started asking more and more... Still somewhat recovering from it. First step was to start thinking about yourself and set boundaries, as you said. As a result, work identity started to improve, as well as my own confidence. All the work related stress and crap downpouring at home decreased. More stamina and overall happiness. Now I know, a person can be both empathetic and still hold one's ground and be firm. Speaking out and standing straight gives you energy! Glad to hear that you are on the right path and you really seem to be looking forward for what the future holds för dig! Good luck with the medical stuff and remember, dont feel too oblicated to overshare personal details in here or on youtube and especially feel stressed about that. Take it easy! Whew! Also: do you plan to make any kind of gaming (gameplay) content in the future? Like your wow -videos eller sådant? Sorry, I just started writing and turned out pretty lengthy 😅
