Summary: Ishmael finally reunites with his long estranged daughter, and is given a gift he doesn't deserve.

Ishmael of the Moon is the character I play in the DnD campaign I'm in with my friends! He is a Life Domain cleric who holds many regrets of his past. And after 72 sessions, he finally finds Adara; the whole reason why he undertook this journey. But he still has a long journey ahead.
I sometimes struggle with posting things too soon or out of chronological order because "that's spoilers", but I'm trying to kick the habit. Some things I'd like to be a surprise, but not everything has to be one, so here's the lil short story I wrote today based on how the reunion between Ishmael and his kid went! I'd love to draw this as a comic page, or perhaps an illustration with a fully story-fied transcript of what the squad and I roleplayed for this session, because literally everyone brought their acting caps on. Like bro the dialogue and the emotion and the overall vibes? Immaculate. ;w;
