We're releasing our free 'three-year anniversary' sample pack and will be donating 100% of October's subscription revenue to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) & Islamic Relief.
"It feels like an awful time to be celebrating anything at the moment. I've felt helpless amidst the harrowing images coming out of Gaza. The state of Israel has been committing senseless violence towards the people of Palestine for nearly a century. We're witnessing a humanitarian catastrophe on innocent lives being justified by the IDF and our leaders in the West, as our protests for peace and the liberation of Palestine are ignored.
At the same time, I feel indebted to express immense gratitude to those who have benefited Lux Cache over the last three years: to the subscribers, contributors, staff, and members of this community who enable us to continue offering insights and resources to our niche of experimental music-making and creative living.
I hope we can persist in finding ways to create and share art as an act of resistance—be it political, social, creative, or commercial. I wholeheartedly believe that throughout history, these seemingly small acts of cultural resistance have been invaluable in the mission of progress. Let's remain focused and dedicated to that mission, and hold those with platforms accountable in addressing the atrocities that are larger than all of us."
