Melon's Adventure: Wart and the 8Bits (WIP)
Added 2023-05-18 21:45:28 +0000 UTCMelon realizes far too late that he and Mario walked straight into an ambush. He's left beaten, bruised, and down in a watery pit, unable to help while the dastardly Wart and his motely crew make off with the terrified child in hand. :(
I know I said it'd be done by Monday but uh. I might have to extend that time a little bit! I got a little ambitious after floundering about with what and how to stage the composition of this page, and that eventually snowballed into just doing three separate pages then arranging them onto one page like panels of a comic. Why not finish the first arc of the story with something a little different? owo
And with this, we are finally at the absolute last stretch of this arc! I'm so excited to get it finished so I can start the planning stages of the second arc, but before I dive into that I mentioned that I'd compile all the completed pages into a small little storybook that will be available to purchase as a physical thing! :) I plan on having it include extras like breakdowns of the pages process, "Meet the Cast" pages, and a special spot in the book that'll include an extra episode of Melon's Adventure, written by one of you! I'll get more into that once I complete the page and have planning set, but until then, I hope you like the preview! More to come soon! ^.^
