F&F: Prologue thumbnails

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-EEE. I am now officially beginning work on Feathers and Flowers! as in the actual story portion and my god ya'll I'm super excited!! owo I've held off in the past in trying to do anything like this because of my tendency to try and get everything perfect but fuck it man, we're doing this. And with that I'd like to show ya'll the thumbnails of the title art for the first 5 episodes of Feathers and Flowers!

I'm very proud of the results thus far and I'm excited to actually bring them into fruition! Until then, have little snippets of possible dialogue pieces from each! owo

Ep 1:

Sakura: Excuse me, miss?

(Kaela looks up from her phone, frustration bleeding away when she catches the eyes of the tall girl who called out to her)

Sakura: I hope I'm not being a bother but, do you need help? Ya look like you're about ta trash your phone there.

Kaela: Ah... no, it's - (stops short, looks down at her GPS, then sighs) - ...actually. Yes; I-I'm trying to get to this shop

Ep 2:

Sakura: Oh! You must be my new roommate! (gets up from the couch, surrounded by her half-folded laundry, and makes her way to the frozen girl before her)

Sakura: My name's Sakura, it's-

(Evangeline snaps out her daze when Sakura extends a hand and she whirls the other way, smacking the hot cup of coffee right into Sakura's chest. Sakura is surprised and stops where she stands)

Evangeline: (blushing like a tomato) Oh gods above- I-I am so sorry but please put a shirt on.

EP 3:

Dallas: Oh... so. You don't want anyone to know you're a witch?

(Evangeline looks away and shakes her head, wiping away the remnants of her tears. Dallas stares for a silent moment before huffing and thumping his chest, grinning)

Dallas: "Well then, don't worry my dear! Your secret will follow me to the very grave! My name is unfortunately Joffrey, so please, call me Dallas, hm? What's yours?"

Eva: (Is quietly and visibly surprised; there's a brief pause before she deflates in relief) ...M-my name is Evangeline.

EP 4:

Kaela: Hey, c'mon, it's okay," (she moves forward as slow as she's able) I-I'm a friend. I won't hurt you.

(The creature's growling abruptly stops, startling her into a halt, and Kaela watches as it narrows its glowing eyes at her. Studious, cautious, almost searching as it meets her gaze. Kaela gulps before holding her hands out)

Kaela: Let me help you.

EP 5:

Mal: You... aided me in the forest?

Kaela: I did. (kneels in front of Mal and holds a hand out) Here. Let me change your bandages please?

Mal:  (despite herself, she finds her hand moving toward Kaela, and she allows the human to begin work on her old bandages) ...Why?

Kaela: I- (laughs a little, surprised) you sound so confused. 

Mal: ...Mn. (She is silent for a long stretch of a minute before she speaks again) Do you not know what I am? 

Kaela: (Stops her bandaging to look up into burning eyes. When she sees wariness behind the gaze her own expression softens into a cautious smile) I think I do. But does that matter? I was not going to let you bleed out.
