FnF: Love for Eva! owo

HEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WE ARE! A sketchdump all for the sake of drawing an embarrassed Evangeline B)

Nah, in actuality it was kinda to test out how her magic would look like when activated; I'd imagine a Witch's magic is reactive to their emotion, so I needed an instance that would make it go haywire (harmlessly), so the cutest way for that was to just show her friends giving her affection. uwu

SO! Some lore tidbits and funfacts! 

-Evangeline, as you may know by now, is a Witch with the Lightning tether. Lightning is a relatively uncommon element to be tethered to, and any Witch tethered to it will have natural markings that run down from the base of the neck to the end of the spine. I'd imagine it even runs up to the crown of the skull but those won't be visible unless the head's shaven. When she uses her magic, it conducts itself down then up the markings, all along the spine almost akin to a lightning rod, and afterward she can expel the energy however she wants, although lightning typically arcs off her spine while in use. When her usage is particularly strong, it affects her hair, making it bristle; it'll lie flat afterward though so it doesn't remain fluffed owo

-Generally, when her magic is reacting to her emotions, it's harmless. Think of it like a more showy way of blushing, although it arcs off her like this in any intense emotion, including happiness and anger. The only emotion that doesn't activate her magic when it's intense is sadness, in which case the unusual light in her eyes will instead dim.

-Any casual show of affection is likely to set Evangeline's magic off, mostly because she isn't particularly used to affection from anyone outside the staff of her family mansion. To prevent the display I'd imagine Evangeline would probably have to wear some sort of special jewelry as ordered by her mother; a necklace or a pair of earrings that suppresses her magic. Such jewelry would be illegal to be used, but I can see her fam being able to get it made anyway, probably in private and with some hush money to keep it under wraps. Eva's not wearing that jewelry in this image.

-Each character shows affection very differently! Mal doesn't mind physical affection but she usually isn't the one to initiate it. If she does, she's always gentle and careful, quiet, almost "gentlemanly" in how she goes about it.

Kaela's more likely to initiate contact that Mal but she keeps it reigned in. Short but sweet and meaningful; she usually shows it in shoulder/arm touches or a quick cup of the cheek, and forehead kisses, a term of endearment to tidy up the package. Kaela will always ask first before she initiates affection. uwu

Sakura's the most openly affectionate of any of them and it's very easy for her to give physical affection; she's entirely comfortable with it. Hers usually comes in the form of full-body hugs and hearty smacks on the back, the arms; it's often accompanied with laughter and her full on picking you up before she sets ya down carefully. She's just as capable to show more careful affection though once she learns boundaries; she's particularly mindful with Evangeline. B)
