Commissions of the week

Some of the commissions I did this week! I'm officially out of my hiatus but I'm trying to change around how I go about work. I've always felt like I needed to do everything as quick as possible, as if it were some race against the clock 24/7. If I wasn't working, I was being lazy, which is a mindset I've admittedly struggled with for a long while throughout my life. But I also think it's a large reason why I burnout so quickly, and so I'm really trying to find a good balance between making content, doing commissions, and just... taking my time a little more. In light of this though I'm gonna be setting deadlines for myself (which I'll make available for everyone to see via my usual schedules) and offering a lot more WIP sneak peeks to my commissioners and just overall working on more communication; I wanna get better at that too! :)

It's only been a week into the new system but so far I think it might work in my favor if I keep it consistent; I'm almost always happy with the way my commission work come out but I'm extremely proud of these; I think it's because I'm allowing myself to enjoy the actual process of making the art more and not just focusing on "FINISH THIS NOW, FINISH THIS NOW, FINISH THIS NOW" so much.

Sorry for the outta-the-blue commentary, just wanted to throw my thoughts into this upload. ;w; At any rate, I'm happy of the results here and ya'll can expect, at the very least, bi-weekly uploads of the commissions I'm workin' on/finished as I go! uwu And for everyone who's commissioned me, big shout out and thank you so much for the additional support! ;w;
