Twilight Realm (attempt 2)
Added 2019-07-27 17:07:37 +0000 UTCAn attempt at a color study for the Twilight Realm for my LoZ headcanon.
I'm honestly a little frustrated with this one, but this is probably because I'm going in no particular direction without knowing what I'm fully going for aside from the bare bones idea of it. It's a learning experience though and I at least think I have a better idea of what I want outta it the next time I give this piece a try.
I was gonna delete it honestly but, there are some elements in it I like (like the train tracks leading up to the islands) and the overall structure of the islands themselves, and the composition though that could probably fall back more onto the first initial sketch I did (which I think is a lot more successful in that regard).
I also figured I could show ya'll it anyway; a piece I'm not proud of and something I usually delete/keep stored away for no one but myself to see, but still very much a part of my thinking process when I work on something. I dunno, figured it'd be interesting to at least give a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes. o3o
So uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah! A "meh" sketch but one that still serves a purpose. <:
