Commission: Beach Date
Added 2019-02-15 00:48:02 +0000 UTCWith every commission I learn something new; whether that be something profound because I've never done it before, or perhaps a new trick with brushes and techniques I'm familiar with, it always results in a learning experience.
For Valentine's Day I did a minipaint series of commissions, 10 of them, and the entirety of that series taught me how much I LOVED painting backgrounds. It's a little funny honestly; not even a year ago I hated it, hence why it was never a commission option to begin with! But that's changed and I find myself adoring whenever I get a background to paint; they're like complicated puzzles. Difficult to figure out but once you do, even with the mistakes, it feels like a great accomplishment. <:
