GOT 3X6 The Climb UNCUT REACTION

THIS IS THE HARDEST GOT EPISODE TO WATCH EVER! Seriously though this episode ruined my mood for the rest of the night. The Theon torture sequence, Jon and E-Cigarette almost plunging to their deaths, and poor Dear Ros. RIP ROS. I hate Baelish for what he did for you. And Joffrey better be dead by the end of this season. I can't wait to see who gets to kill him! This show is seriously getting to me :'(

GOT 3X6 The Climb UNCUT REACTION

Wow its surprising that my reaction was an outlier. I never would've guessed she was a show only character! Yeah the throne with all of the steps from the comics definitely would've been more imposing. I think it's cool how they addressed that inaccuracy. That's a creative way of writing what happened to him. I definitely would've preferred a middle ground between showing nothing like the books and what we got in the show. Oof ok so Sansa really lost out on her one viable chance. Damn. Ok thanks for not spoiling anything and being understanding!

LMAOOOO THE "isn't there someone you're forgetting" MEME WITH TYWIN I'M DEAD SPUTNIK So here's a fun fact, I'm always bringing up quotes from the books that got cut, but the famous "Chaos is a ladder" speech is actually exclusively from the show! Actually, a good sizable chunk of this episode was not in the books at all (Ros especially is a show only character, I really liked her too. Her death was so insanely brutal, I feel like most people don't even bat an eye at her death so as much as I don't like seeing you upset it's nice to see somebody appreciate what a great character she was). Have you ever seen a picture of the iron throne from the comics? Season one of GoT had such a low budget that they couldn't afford to build it as big or as accurately as they wanted to, hence the "there isn't even 200" jab (which I love little self aware jokes like that lol). The art of the throne in the comics is more based on the book descriptions and omg it is TERRIFYING LOOKING! In the case of Theon... IDK how they could have accomplished the same effect in the show but the unique way books in general can lay out scenes for you makes this part better and so, so much worse at the same time. George never once writes a scene of Theon being tortured, because he didn't have to. The next time you encounter Theon is from his own POV and you're given like, little hints via his inner monologue (broken teeth making it hard to eat, how many fingers he has, ect) and have to kind of piece together exactly what was done to him. Idk how they could have done it in the show I just wish it was a little less... Idk, voyeuristic? It feels like wayyy too much to me. As for Littlefinger - Sansa is a ward of the crown, so she can't leave without him spiriting her away. She would have to agree to go with him with enough time in advance to prepare everything. She chose to stay behind and now that she's betrothed to Tyrion it's likely there's no opportunity to smuggle her out anymore. If he wants to save her still, he's gonna have to regroup and come back with a better plan, and Tyrion is going to be an obstacle he has to consider now as well since he'd be taking his wife. Let me just say that these episodes are dark, and you still have some darker episodes ahead. Please take care of yourself and take breaks if you need to! I'll be here regardless. Edit: I was going to explain Shireen's face and the translation for Valar Dohaeris but I double checked and both of those things are gonna be addressed so you haven't missed anything yet!
