I love that you give Aaron a lot of grace and I think it's kind. I do think he's grown, but I don't think he knows what to do next. He's still terrible at communicating effectively because he still won't admit to himself what he wants. He doesn't want a friendship with Watson he wants a relationship but he tried to turn it on Watson saying, we shouldn't sleep with each other if YOU want more because I just want to be casual knowing full well that was a lie. I think he still feels guilt and still can't figure out a way to really make amends. I can't even remember if they've REALLY sat down and talked about what happened and what happened with Zander. It seems like everytime they start they get interrrupted and then they end up having sex. The one person who's not emotionally constipated with Watson with Jax and he's a grown man.

This is my assumption but, I believe he decided to give himself more time to heal first. He's been through a lot of emotional turmoil back in highschool and is scared to hurt anyone on accident (physically or emotionally) again. Ever since he disappeared, he's been reflecting on his actions and maybe even went to therapy in an attempt to heal from the trauma and learn healthy ways to manage and express his multitude of emotions. This is the reason why he'd like to stay single for now. He wants to ensure that he's emotionally ready to start a new relationship

What a great episode and half an hour, Jax my beloved is next yes, hoping he and Duncan get another hot scene, (bottom Jax I am begging haha) before David brings Watson back to the town and they go to talk to Brianna and finally leaves Rocco, I mean I assume she is with him getting all messed up...Also probably we'll see the last party before the holidays where David was on the trailer with Watson and the other...so excited for what's to come. Awesome episode Eyecy take care and the VA's did great, was so nice to watch this after the last days at work with that Crowdstrike outage bullshit

From what I see, the comic is basically a flashback. It does not meet with the episodes. The comic helps you understand each character better including the reasons for certain things that occur in the episodes (like a backstory). Aaron however, did experience trauma from servicing someone back then. It may be later revealed in the comic, but from what I caught on, it seems Aaron serviced someone who had very bad hygiene (which is a major turnoff) and as a result, as Ken said, probably got a bacterial infection from it. Since then he's been extremely careful when having sex (he wears condoms, etc).

I'm thinking Eyecy kind of just left that up for us to interpret. My guess is he had a bad experience doing oral to someone and it gave him an infection or something. Aaron's been finicky since the comics about that cuz I remember he was really into Watson but just liked messing and kissing him with his underwear on so maybe that's around the time that happened
