Craig Kwon is a character from I'm too curious who is the young regional manager for a Tech company called Cipher. He oversees the operation of the local Cipher branch and is the head programmer for all Cipher products distributed in the area. He is viewed by his co-workers as a great leader who has taken the branch to new heights.
Rui Watanabe is a transfer from the japanese branch of Cipher and is permanently residing in the area. He is the lead programmer after Craig for all Cipher products and services.
