Cause they seemed okay with him taking the money even saying “you should’ve come to us” & pretty much saying “until you learn your lesson we won’t be giving you anymore money” it was the whole him being gay part that really set shit off & made his mother be like “oh I was hoping that part wasn’t true, I’m going to faint” & his father to kick him out. Hopefully John can be happy with Lucas now and get actual therapy to work through all this bullshit.
