I don't really do anatomy studies; the little that I know of comes from observation / memorization of tons upon tons of photo reference during all these years of drawing, while the stylization comes from experimentation. I have attempted to read anatomy books before in hopes that they will help me improve, but nothing really seems to stick. I find that method of learning extremely dull and I quickly lose interest. Still, I would recommend you give such books a shot. Can't think of any titles on the top of my head, but there are many good professional artists out there that have written helpful guides on anatomy. Just try a few. What doesn't work for one artist, might be of great use to another. Best of luck with your studies!
