URSA: Character Development 1
Added 2017-06-16 21:16:14 +0000 UTCSome early sketches of the baby bear from my upcoming short film URSA. Because the cub is the main character I started with him first. The general style I wanted for film is loosely based on the Haida style, but before I did that I had to get a better feel of how bears actually look and feel in behavior and movement, which meant some trips to the zoo! I have a finalized character sheet for him as of now but there will be more visits to the zoo to iron out some of the inconsistencies the design might have.
