I hate having BDD I literally want to change so many things about myself ๐ญ Again I'm always saying sorry for lack of posting much but I promise it really will get better - when I get better and I know i will in time and I'll never forget how much you guys stood by me and helped me get through this โค๏ธ

Don't apologise, you can't help how you feel, mental health takes priority over everything. I'm a mental health first aider in my work and that's the first thing I've said to a few people that have seeked me out to talk to. Focus on yourself first and get yourself better.
