Don’t know how much of an utter nerd it makes me, but part of the allure when it comes to intimacy is imagining how it all works. I find myself fascinated by fetishes like vore for a similar reason; it’s the detail and imagining of the process that I find stimulating. So in the same vein as detail with the genitals, I’m really drawn to mouths, especially the tongue. Characters being open-mouthed, such as when they pant or cry out, is very rewarding. And it doesn’t have to be so melodramatic as ahegao; to be honest, the more natural (given the context of the fantasy scenario) something looks, the more immersive I find it.
