Taki snatched Ivy with her spider-like limbs and lifted the woman off the ground. Unable to pull free Ivy was at the mercy of Taki's hungry hands. Taki's hands melded into Ivy's chest and reshaped Ivy's body like clay. Ivy grew multiple arms and heads and breasts and much more.

I think so, but request didn’t specifically state what Taki’s intentions were or what Ivy would become.
