hey! thanks for your comment. i'm glad this video makes you feel less lonely! ❤️ but i'm very sorry to hear you're also struggling with this. i can highly recommend looking into LDN (low dose naltrexone), that with acupuncture and ketamine therapy have been by far the most helpful therapies. wishing you all the best!

I've been struggling with long-covid for the past two and half years and I fully understand the struggle and the chart you showed me looks like my symptoms list. I just started to follow you on YouTube and the algorithm introduced me to you. I checked out your Patreon and saw this video posted. It made me become a Patreon member. I wanted to say thanks for sharing all the touch designer content but also thanks for sharing your experience with Long-Covid. It made me a tiny bit less lonely in this struggle. The fatigue and brainfog makes it really hard for me to find my way in to relevant information how to tackle my sickness. There is so much information on the internet yet so les uniformity. I don't know where to start. I just started with Citalopram SSRI but I'm not sure this is helping me.

the things that always got you in the flow (TD, computers, art) are now triggers for anxiety. they send you in a feedback loop and i get why meditation works. but if necessary cut away from anything triggering and do something completely different. you might feel like this is the only thing you know, but i know that is not the case. love 🤍
