[ Exclusive ] Time Frame Converter

Here's a little .tox for you which makes it easy to set a timeline to a certain length. Some examples when to use this:
- You want to make your timeline 35 seconds long
- You want you timeline to be exactly 1h, 24min and 40 sec long
- You want your timeline to be as long as an audio track
All this is easily achievable with the converter. There's instructions inside I'd recommend reading.
