A few things to note…Mikasa and Eren were together for 4 years in the paths during her memory with Eren remember whatever happens in the paths can be an instant in the real world. Also, Eren wasn’t doing the rumbling to end the cycle he did it so all his friends could live long lives and die of old age which is what happened. That was his main goal he achieved it. Hence Mikasa dying old.
