Hello! I want to talk about some Luna things!
First off, the responses I got for the audio seems to be this:
Voice clips during dialogue isn't well liked but moaning voices during scenes are!
So that's how I will do it. Of course the voices during H scenes can be turned off if they are not to your liking.
I will try to work a lot with proximity sounds. I like the idea of being able to hear H events from far away but only have a visual hint (like a heart emote at the door) show up when you are right next to it.
I bought quite a lot of audio assets and should be able to make lots of scenes with unique voices and sounds.
Lots of people have asked if other girls like Pudding and Jam will also have roaming events. It's a great idea but I am not sure how to implement it.
I've been thinking of an item that lets you switch between the different images of the girls, looking like this:
However, I think this will worsen the 'Door Problem' a lot. Instead of spamming doors the player now has to navigate a menu to check up on all the girls every time. That can't be good!
Maybe the side image should be reserved for only Luna to keep exploring simple.
That way, the other girls will roam around and H events would randomly occur but you have to find it without the help of an image.
Sometimes people approach me with characters or ideas and I end up liking them a lot. Someone gave me an idea for a bear girl!
Meet Bea, the aspiring fisher. Her tail is small...
For some reason, every RPG seems to have fishing.
And sometimes people actually spend their time fishing instead of playing the game! Can you believe it?
Bea doesn't care much for the actual game, she went with the Assassin class but she is still level 1 because all she does is fish in town.
However, fishing in the starter town can only get you so far. Maybe with your help she can make it to fishing spots in higher level areas!
But higher level areas have dangerous monsters... and her armor has an unfortunate opening at the sides, for some reason.
Oh no, it's the Fief of Censorship. She's saying this image is too lewd to fully show. As if she's one to talk!
We will try to have it ready for the end of the month. That's a rough ETA so please don't take out the pitchforks if we end up needing a little longer.
It will be the first town to establish the story, meet villains and see Luna exploring with multiple H events.
In Sana's game the dungeon bosses didn't get much attention. For Luna I would like to give them more meaning so it's more work than just a defeat scene.
I would like to add the first dungeon with another update afterwards or it will be too much for the artist and the release will take too long.
I'm also not entirely happy with the way combat controls right now. It's giving me a headache, let's worry about it after the first release!

If you do not plan on staying subscribed you should still have access to Luna's first release.
It would be unfair if we release the game just as someone's subscription has expired! That idea really bothers me so please bookmark it for later.
