Episode 107 - Final Sail of the season, Passing through there Strait of Messina and Running from a STORM!

And the need to sail on and get through the Strait of Messina too somewhere safe is even more important. Join us this episode where we try and decide where to go and where to hide from this nasty storm which is chasing our tail, plus navigate the Strait of Messina (which is the tricky strip of water between mainland Italy and Sicily) and come into close quarters with a rather large War Ship! Chuck in a bit of night anchoring, and a very relieved Pickle and you get the idea, its been another crazy week! Hope you enjoy!

We love a bit of history on Pickle! Beaus the real enthusiast though, she loves it! The Mediterranean is such an amazing environment to travel with children, you are constantly surrounded by fascinating cities, landscapes and beautiful seas! It is definitely not hard doing our geography, history and science lessons whilst sailing here 😃
