Episode 99 - Sailing Pickle family go into the Sahara!

After traveling hundreds of miles in a squashed up car across Tunisia, in North Africa, we finally reach Douz and the gateway to the Sahara. Our first day is spent getting to know our guides, camels, walking the dunes and enjoying camel rides and making camp! The freshly made bread and food is amazing, we spend an evening resting in the dunes and playing fun games, until we watch the sun disappear and try out the Berber sleeping arrangements in the tent they erect for us! It's so much fun! And so different from anything else we've done, including sailing! Remember to join us next week as I show you the highs and lows of Berber life and trekking through the deep Sahara!
