2022-07-23 21:01:53 +0000 UTCThere definitely is not a label for us, so I try not to label as anything really! We just don’t want to eat factory farmed meat and definitely not diary! That’s the cruelest industry ever, but when your travelling it’s very hard to avoid it all so we just do our best, which is fine by me. I don’t call myself pescatarian as that is a vegetarian which still eats fish but I am definitely not a vegetarian because I don’t eat eggs or dairy at all if I can possibly help it. So we are more vegans which eat fish if that makes any sense? But we also only eat local caught fish , not supermarket fish or fish caught by Trawlers etc. I know it gets complicated. But basically we just don’t want animals to be kept, raped, tortured, brutalised and murdered for our taste buds, so we just do our best and try to eat as plant based as possible 🤗😜 it’s tricky! Hope that makes sense?? I’m actually surprised you’re the first to say something about us being fish eating n sort of vegan. Anyway the thing to remember is vegans aren’t vegan to piss anyone off, most just want to stop hurting others! How can there be anything wrong with that! And plus it is way way better for our planet! And you’ll find most vegans liked the taste of meat they just don’t eat it as it means killing something which wishes to live! So that’s why they eat vegan bacon or beyond burgers etc, because they still get the nice taste without the cruelty and death 👍 how can I be a animal lover and love my dog but be prepared to slit the throat of a day old calf so I can eat it’s breast milk or steel it’s stomach to make cheese! It just doesn’t make sense to me anymore! Or even grind to death millions of alive baby boy chicks so I can eat eggs! Everyone to there own, I’m just on this journey of discovery, it’s a personal choice we all have to make. 👍😃 Thanks for you kind and open message ❤️ glad you still enjoy our episodes even if we are a bit different 😊

A little interested in the fact you call yourself Vegans when you should be calling yourself Pescatarians. Vegans don't eat fish whereas Pescatarians are basically Vegans that eat seafood as well. But then who has ever heard that word before? Not trying to be picky. Just the ASD part of me that needs things to make sense. Like 'Vegan Bacon'. IMPOSSIBLE!! It simply cannot exist because bacon is a cut of meat from a pig. 'Bacon alternative', yes. Things like that really bug me. Still. I really don't care what you choose to eat. I just love your videos and all of you as both a family and a team.
