Phillipines show biz industry is really small and the gay community is even smaller so it makes sense they compare themselves to each other. There's also a heavy emphasis on group performances so they're used to performing together. I agree with you that the baby photos are overdone. It's so overproduced to get some sort of reaction from the audience. I skip them every time now. The veins line with Vinas was very very weird, but then you see her with the blood packet and it gets even stranger....
