I like having the design challenges early because it means that if there's seamstresses in the cast, they can put their money where their mouth is. I think they were just really disappointed with Viola cos she was talking a big game. Sally told Ru at the table in the werkroom it was her nan who taught her to sew ☺️

2025-10-08 15:38:36 +0000 UTCI'm not the biggest fan of them doing the design challenge as the first few episodes just because at that point I haven't quite memorized who's who on the cast. Like other than Bella and Pasty I don't really know who these Queens are out of drag yet. One thing that's good about the design episodes is it's a lot of time in the workroom with everyone just chatting and forming social dynamics and that's great if I know who people are. Also yeah I get the vibe that they were just trying to empty some storage units and I wish they would have been more evenly distributed when it comes to fabric versus unconventional. Liked the episode though
