Mama Papa said earlier in the episode there had to be a mechanical element to the outfit that moved (the hand on Sum Ting's head waving, the spinning parts on Suki's, Arizona's, and Ivory's outfits, the feathers on Brigiding's headpiece moving up and down, Vinas' fish flopping around). It was hard to see on some of the outfits with the weird editing and all the cuts.

DRPH3 captured this perfectly hence the 9.2 rating. I know its just IMDB rating, but considering its the highest rated Drag Race, it needs Bussiana's two-cents.
