August 2021 Touching Base

So like, by this point its probably become pretty clear that my art output isn't anything close to like, art being sustainable as a primary source of income (and i thank everyone for sticking around in spite of that) Like, to put stuff in transparent terms, I've been trying to clear out my queue from january while relying on patreon and a few comms for friends to make ends Just meet.
Anyways, combination of me being very conscious of those issues and pressure from family basically dictated a bit of a job hunt, which has landed me at a local pizza place doing deliveries- good location, good business, nice co-workers, a good first impression overall, a week into it at this point. That's obviously like, gonna take over as the focus to a degree, not that i could call art a particularly strong focus prior, but I still intend to keep things going here, would like to still take a few comms here and there, have the patreon up and running, etc. I am considering reworking patreon tiers a bit though, especially wrt the request stream perk of the PG tier, as that's simply not been something I've been able to keep up with and i don't see that changing with the introduction of a new job.
All in all, I'd like thank all my patrons and commissioners again for supporting me in spite of the shortcomings, and I'm hoping to get my whole situation working in a way that suits me better and means i can do better for y'all
