From scratch using blender and substance painter
Just some "boots" I made for an edit of Foxipaws' Kyoko avatar (NOT included obviously).
Posting them here because more people are interested in them than I expected!
The laces are rigged and come with a shape-key to untie them.
Just shy of 17k polygons, 1 material and 22 bones (including root bones)
A little bit of blender/unity knowledge is required!
I will not help you put these on your avatar or set up the bones and toggles. Sorry!
