"Did Richard Lewis write this episode?" The show is unscripted! They just have a basic plot line to follow but otherwise each actor makes up what they want to say. You can see when they break character. I love this show!

2024-05-18 21:45:11 +0000 UTCOne thing to keep in mind about the imeframe of this show: Larry David is insanely famous now because of Curb, but when this show came out nobody really knew he was or would recognize him. Yes Seinfeld was insanely popular, but he was never in it, and most people don't pay attention to the credits. So the idea of Richard Lewis being recognized and not Larry isn't that unbelievable.
