2024-05-01 05:07:12 +0000 UTCArcher: 14 seasons. It’s like Sunny wherein the earlier seasons are top tier. And like Sunny, they’ve experimented a bit in the latter seasons and had to deal with a main character leaving the show. It’s still funny and meme-able, but it hasn’t managed to capture the magic of the earlier seasons. Parks & Rec: 7 seasons. The 1st two seasons are a bit dragging until they finally found their footing. Characters are well-written and lovable–kinda like those in Ted Lasso, minus the tear-jerking moments. What We Do in the Shadows: Production for the 6th (and final!) season is ongoing. The pilot episode recycled some of the jokes from the movie, but after that, it has sustained the Sunny-style of chaotic dark humor from season 1 onwards.

It will be very similar to The Office. 30 Rock is great from start to finish, and it's got some fantastic standout characters and a ton of quotable lines (Jack Donaghy especially). What We Do In The Shadows is the best choice here. Great characters, great writing, very quotable, funny. The tv show is better than the movie. They go into it knowing it's going to be a series, and the production quality is much better.
