I think it suffers from no B plot, and just too much of Charlie screaming. I think the ending is ok, just takes too long to get there.

2024-04-25 07:05:19 +0000 UTCbojack can be pretty funny but it also cuts really deep at times. a lot of the humor has made me chuckle but never actually LOL. more likely to get me teary-eyed lol i stopped at season 5 but keep meaning to finish it. i would for sure watch the boys' reactions if they did it

2024-04-25 06:35:53 +0000 UTCyes!!! recently the guys did some snack video on some youtube channel and i was blown away at how much they themselves were acting like "past them" it felt like you could have plopped the season 1 guys down at a table together. i definitely think they've gotten their groove back both in the shows writing and acting and their dynamic as a friendship and collaboration

2024-04-25 05:15:41 +0000 UTCparks and rec is good and a favorite of mine but it's a journey. you have to commit to getting through the rough first season which can be a lot to ask of someone going in blind to it, to get to the eventual payoffs. they're worth it in my opinion but not everyone is okay with slagging through the rough to get to the good. superstore is a very good one, but no one really reacts to it. but whatever y'all do, i'll watch. i'm on this patreon for the long haul lol

I'm going to throw out a curvebball, Letterkenny. Comedy about Canadian farmers and hockey players. Anyone who stops subbing after Sunny is a SAVAGE AND AN IDIOT!

2024-04-25 04:22:17 +0000 UTCWhen I said I thought the Lady Boggs episode might be the bottom episode of the series... but there was a contender coming up this is the episode I was referring to. This one is a strong contender for worst episode in my opinion (and I'm a pretty big fan of American Football) I just don't think a lot of the jokes land in this one for me, but it does have it's moments with the home alone parody..... Also Parks and Rec would be a really cool replacement! :)

Yeah it's sad sometimes but it's also short episodes and REALLY funny. Edit: Oh u you just mentioned it lol. I recommend it!!!
