If you all didn't notice, the Gang & the judge are saying "Ollidy Inn," instead of Holiday Inn, so they wouldn't get sued. They also weren't allowed to spell "Phillies" on any of the merchandise (like the jersey worn by the mascot), so they used the word "Philly." And speaking of the mascot, they couldn't use the mascots actual name "The Phillie Phanatic," so they went with the "Phrenitic." However, at the end, when they're leaving the courtroom, Charlie Day goes for it and says "The Phanatic" (and they didn't get sued).

2023-06-27 09:55:56 +0000 UTCThe guys that beat up Charlie are the same guys who chase Mac in season 1 (Charlie's got cancer) when he punches Carmen and they find out she's transgender and also ask, "dude is that a hate crime?" Charlie handing Dennis papers was unscripted. You can see Charlie break character at the end there because it was annoying Glenn Howerton so much.
