Prune old data on EDSM

Hey guys,

Just a heads up, but you shouldn't be affected if you're here ;)

As of today our database size is around 250GB for our SQL server, and then we have another 250GB for our Elastic search engine!

That said, our hard drives aren't expandable so as of today, we will start to prune old data! What does that means?

- Users account without any login or activity for at least 2 years will be deleted.
- Body without any scan or activity for at least 2 years will be deleted, that can happens when we prune old users ;)
- Systems without first discoveries for at least 2 years, nor any visits, excluding the one with stations of course ;)

As usual, thanks a lot for your support during this crisis and for the last 5 years, I still haven't got any solution to my business problem, and will try my best with your help to keep having time for third party tools.

Cheers, Anthor.

One of my Commander accounts has been deleted today, as it hasn't been used for a while. It's not hard to recreate it and reload all the journals if I want to.

As said pruning is only done for systems without first discovery, meaning not tied to any visits or user in our database. If no one visits them they're very unlikely to be of importance. Same goes for the bodies.
