There is a deleted flashback scene where a younger version of Ralph Fiennes character played by Matt Smith (Doctor Who, House of Dragon), gets revenge for the murder of Brendan Gleason's wife (which they talked about during the hooker/drugs hotel scene) by walking into a police station and beheading a corrupt police officer who was involved in the murder with a machete.
