Patreon Episode #100 Announcement!
Added 2020-08-18 12:40:58 +0000 UTCWell patrons, this month is our 2 year anniversary on Patreon! And to celebrate this, we're going to have a competition for our upcoming 100th episode to see who is going to win a Movie Journey T-Shirt (as displayed in spectacular fashion above π)
It's pretty simple, we will create a wheel with every patrons name on it, spin it, and if lands on you, you're off the wheel! We'll keep spinning it until there is one name left, and that patron is the winner!
The extra benefit here is that if you're a higher tier patron, you'll appear more times on the wheel!
$1-$2 - One
$5-$10 - Two
$20 - Three
This wheel will be recorded in video format with us commentating along the way. But commentating on a spinning wheel can only go so far, so this will also be our fourth Q&A episode!
We're going to open this one out to the entire field, if you have any questions you want us to answer (Movie related, real life, whatever you want) drop them in the comments below, and we'll answer whatever we want/can until the wheel has selected it's winner!

A study has revealed that there's been a 60% increase in UK traffic to illegal streaming sites since lockdown began here in March. Where do you guys stand as movie lovers on the ethical quandry of the creators never knowing or benefitting from content being consumed in this way? And does it make a difference if it's a studio film or an independent effort?
