A favourite of mine when I was young and now I’m older I appreciate even more the quality animated production that it is.

2019-07-14 09:15:12 +0000 UTC25 years later and it's easy to say this is a classic, Disney had a hot streak in the 90's and The Lion King reigns supreme. Somehow the animation of this film looks even better today than it did at the time of release. The songs are outstanding and I remember having the soundtrack on cassette on constantly during family trips when I was a kid. I'm looking forward to the Favreau adaptation but it won't come close to touching this phenomenal film.
