Bath houses are very common in Asian culture. Think of it like a big hot tub. Men have one separate from women. You can go in with no clothes or just bottoms. Because the companies want their idols to give fan service they don’t usually talk about dating. It’s to help with the parasocial relationship with the fans. Also, skinship with their members or friends is also common. So hugging or play biting and etc has nothing to do with being a sexual relationship. This is just a way to seek comfort.
