Demons Within Original Backgrounds: Tavern Room

Some of you might have seen the recent announcement where we welcome TeoLeif as the brand new background artist in Demons Within! It's a very welcome addition to the team!

The plan is to slowly replace old backgrounds with nice, newly crafted pieces while at the same time creating new backgrounds from scratch instead of placeholders. There is so much that we can do with custom backgrounds! It's very exciting! There are already a lot of cool ideas floating around, and I can't wait to show them all.

With that being the case, I'll be sharing here on Patreon the progress on new backgrounds as well for you guys at the previews tier as we make them!

For this one, since we were testing things out and preparing the ground, you all get a full view of it right from the get go! From sketch to final piece (thanks to Teo), we have an awesome new view of the Tavern Room. Both day and night version. ;) Some of you might remember that this was where Resnick and Edwin had a... conversation, back in Edwin's spare day variation.

The next update should already feature this new background replaced in there and, hopefully, a bunch of new others as well! Though it will take a while to replace all of the placeholders currently in the game, we'll get there eventually!
