Yall wildin with the Ashoka stuff and the Jedi propaganda. The prequel/Clone Wars jedi were killed because they strayed so far away from what Jedi were supposed to be they couldn't return. The reason Luke's order failed is he tried to bring them back without learning from their mistakes (like anti-attatchment jedi pushed). Ashoka as she is now is still repeating some of the issues prequel jedi faced and despite what she says, is a Jedi. She helps people, follows the code (even the anti-attatchment part), and is acting as a freelance peacekeeper. She has no dark qualities or any darkside moments so she can't be middle of the road, nowhere close. Also Jedi didn't steal babies. To get the children they needed permission from the parents and/or tribe. If the parents refused they told them never to let the children know they had power and it'd slowly fade. There's a 2-3 episode ark in The Clone Wars were the jedi were trying to protect babies from Palpatine as Cad Bane stole them. The parents initially refused to give them up but the jedi kept the record of them which is how Palpatine found out. At the end the jedi return them to their parents because the answer is still no. It's a common misconception but Clone Wars cleared it up a decade ago, the arc just wasn't that memorable.
