I honeslty don't mind how Talbots acting cause other than being shot in the head and going through whatever recovery he was with Hydra for his brain him and Coulson have respect for each other after S2 I thought especially after he saved his son and Talbot not hunting em down anymore so him trying to cover for Shield for months to at least 2 years since they been gone in space makes sense to me
