I think they just dont like the character. Every time she does something remotely good shes being called OP and it doesnt make much sense tbh. Daisy Johnson in the comics was trained by Nick Fury and beat Magneto so theyve really nerfed her in the show. Maybe thats where they messed up in season 1; they shouldnt have made her a civilian before Shield.

I'm a fan of Daisy/Skye as well as Chloe who plays her... I know for me especially rewatching Agents that I just sometimes don't like the writing around her character but for the most part I enjoy her. 100% it's that abc drama thing just how it goes in the states for sure haha.

do y'all hate the writing for daisy or do you just hate the actor? i can't tell anymore haha! i don't see why daisy would try to do/say the same thing jemma already did (and failed) with coulson. yes, cheesy. that's what you get sometimes from an ABC primetime in the states. they are both in over their heads about what the framework is like. all they had in the beginning of the season were some tests that fitz and jemma did (the fake fight simulation daisy and phil had etc). they have no clue how expansive radcliff and AIDA did via the darkhold!

It's wild how since Luke Mitchell (Lincoln) was busy playing a complex/lethal character named Roman on another show called Blindspot they just reference Lincoln as a way to show how Hydra experiments on inhumans in this world. Sick writing from Agents.

The way Ward mocks Daisys lack of powers and man doesn't even know truly how funny he's being. Kills me. That season 1 energy in the interrogation room movin like a madman to maintain his cover/get the op done bahaha.

That Daisy/Coulson moment is a bit corny no doubt about that but the groundwork is laid out for it decently... if you clock how Coulsons student was asking mad questions about Hydra; being the "Mack" of the classroom if you will. Jemma's "exorcism" on him with it's a magical place. How much of his subconcious or real world memories are all in his classroom as easter eggs (like the Tahiti references, the flyer for Audrey the cellists recital, etc) and his reaction to them you can see him struggling with his surroundings.

I agree the daisy coulson moment is the worst but don’t jump ship just yet 😏

There's mad easter eggs throughout this episode. VJ the inhuman from this season being interrogated while strapped into the lie detector that Ward beat in season one. Wards "there are things about me that you wouldn't like if you knew". Fitz's inventions especially the Dwarves being much bigger and used as part of the surveillance state of Hydra. The flipping of Mays backstory. Lots lots more.
