Update for May

I'm still trying to find a good balance between rewards and the work required for them. Because of that I'm gonna be changing tiers and their rewards for May.
Starting this off, the quantity of slots/patrons for the "Big cookie" tier will be reduced and the tier "[REDACTED] COOKIES" will receive the "exclusive edits" reward.
The other tiers will remain the same, for now.
