Chapter One - The Wild One

This story is a bit in the making, it's been through different drafts and lives but this is the incarnation that's the most authentic to the story I wanted to weave and I'm so excited to share it. I guess I should mention that we're gonna delve more into the fantasy realm of things with this one -- something I've wanted to do more for awhile now -- and I hope that you guys enjoy that. It's been nice working on something different and I've had so much fun world building and concepting new and fun lore for this story and possibly others to come in the future.
So, without anymore jaw jabbing, enjoy the first chapter of The Wild One and as always, happy reading.

The start is pretty good, even thought its a basic setup for a historical genre story, but with you saying this story delves into fantasy, and my faith in your writing skills, I am excited where you take this story. This first chapter also showcases your biggest strengh: your character writing. In a single 12 page chapter, Max is already a interresting and complex character. I can’t wait to see what you do with her.
