Try looking into a calorie deficit instead of fasting, it's MUCH better and easier long term so that way you have less of a chance to yo-yo diet ❤️ Small portions of meals and even 10 snacks (as long as they're fruits/nuts/veggies or things low in calories) can still meet a calorie deficit and you'll lose weight faster! More often than not, when you fast, your body tends to store more fat because it doesn't know when the next time you're gonna eat is, therefore doing the opposite of helping the situation. Calorie deficit + 30 mins of light to moderate exercise a day starting out will have you feeling and looking AMAZING omg!

Thanks! I started lifting 70lbs 5 months ago and now, all around, I lift 135 and can squat/hip thrust up to 155. I don't work out to lose weight, unfortunately I do lose a lot super quickly but I gain it back in the right places😂 I work out just to keep myself active and healthy for the most part, it makes me feel really good after a hard workout!
