February Update

Just a bit of an update on the state of my Patreon.

I still seem to be struggling to get into any kind of schedule of regular updates, in spite of my best efforts. Although in my defence, January turned out to be a pretty rough start to the year, with life throwing an assortment of problems at me, keeping me stressed and down and making it difficult to focus on creative endeavours. I mean, I didn’t really manage to do any writing whatsoever during January. Unfortunately, February isn’t off to a much better start, with me somehow hurting my hand and being unable to draw for a few days. It does seem to be getting better, so I should be back at things soon.

But in spite of everything, I remain determined to try and do more, to give my Patrons more value for their money. Which is why I think I am going to go ahead and try and start streaming again, with access being exclusive for patrons. No one raised any objections to anything in my recent post on the subject and the poll showed a lot of support. No idea when I might start, but I’ll keep you all updated. Ideally, I’d like to start before the end of the month.

Of course, the other benefit of streaming is that it might help me keep focused and get more done, since I don’t want to bore those who watch my streams. In the past, it has sometimes helped me produce more, and more stuff done is more stuff to share with you all.

The other thing I wanted to bring up was that you’ll probably be seeing a fair bit of hypno bear material this month. The Hypno Bear Week event is going to be at the end of the month on FurAffinity, and I regularly contribute to it, so I will be working on stuff for it this month. It will all be shared here before anywhere else, but I just wanted to make you all aware that any Hypno Bear art or writing will be seen elsewhere at the end of the month, rather than the usual one month later. I hope that doesn’t bother anyone too much.

That’s all for now. Thank you all for your continued support and patience with my struggles. I truly appreciate it!
